Tales from the Green Room is produced by Mt. Tam Media (MTM), a trusted source for the development and distribution of original content to highly engaged audiences.
Tales from the Green Room has published more than twenty-five episodes to date across platforms, with many others ready for production and distribution–including special episodes dedicated to Grateful Dead co-founder, Phil Lesh and NBA legend, Bill Walton.
Early success of the program, which has operated in an organic beta mode, supports its unique offering as one of the only (if not the only) podcasts that exclusively features intimate interviews with artists just before they hit the stage or immediately after their shows.
To date, we have recorded over 100 interviews from nearly 20 different green rooms including a recent trip to NYC and the famed Capitol Theater for an interview with Jeff Matson of Dark Star Orchstra and currently in early talks with more top artists, managers, promoters, and venues across the country. WE expect our reach to expand exponentially in 2025 and beyond.
Tales from the Green Room is about music, yes. But the intimacy of the Green Room and the timing of talking just before or after a show, invites the deep exploration of creativity, purpose, process, resilience, authenticity, truth, love, hope, and so much more. Each show is filled with vulnerable moments of reflection and inspiration.
